Hello you,
A short one today, with a simple invitation.
I’m inviting you to notice the ebb and flow in your world.
The light and dark. The exuberance and the deep rest. The presence and the distraction.
The inhale and the exhale.
And the pause between.
The growth and the plateau.
I’m inviting you to notice the way life is neither linear nor static. How movement and oscillation are a natural part of the world.
Of your own journey.
Of the way you’re designed.
I’m inviting you to nurture the radical self-acceptance and trust needed to ride out some of these waves.
I’m inviting you to soothe your inner child through moments of doubt and confusion.
And I’m inviting you to stay present through it all, knowing that change is the only constant. You’ve got this.
If this is something you’re feeling now too, as we approach mid-summer, perhaps you’d like something thinking or writing prompts:
💫 How do you feel about the ebb and flow, the constant change?
💫 What gifts do the changes bring?
💫 How can you embrace or use the shifts to grow or shift?
You wonder now, if I wrote this for you, or for me.
As always, probably both 😘
Sending love,
Sarah xx

Oh I think you wrote this for me! I’ve been struggling a little with the ebb and flow of my days, something I touch on in my latest post, and I love the prompts you’ve shared here. Something to journal on I think!
Lovely photo Sarah and such a beautiful piece, love the contrast and one that I feel I try to fight against or perfect, rather than just let it be - thank you for the reminder x
